A quick look on the latest releases in music that we have been listening to:

GOD HELP THE GIRL
This is the project of one of the musicians of Belle and Sebastian, Stuart Murdoch and some friends.  They had just released their new album, but some of their songs were already on all on-line podcasts considered underground and also on the radios here in Chicago.

GOSSIP
Who didn’t dance with the post-punk hit “Standing in the way of control” in 2006? With an ironic title and cover, “Music for men” is the new album of this American band. It’s the perfect one if you want to rock the party. Our favourite song is “Love Long Distance” and “Heavy Cross”.

TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB
This Northern Irish band became hype thanks to the electronic music record label Kitsuné from France. Our favourite song is the optimistic hit “Something good can work”, a  very nice pop rock that stick in your head after a while.
